Everything here came out of something I actually built. I hand a slow part of my week to an AI agent, film what happens, and put the file that made it work on this site.

What is on the shelf today

The CLAUDE.md I use is the file that tells Claude Code how you want your project run, with the reasoning left in.
The skill that listens and watches for you takes a YouTube link and hands back a transcript you can question.
I taught Claude to edit my videos turns raw footage into a first cut with the stumbles and dead air already gone.

Each of those asks for your email on its own page. This form is the same trade, made once. You get on the list without picking one first, and you hear about new ones as I add them.
